I'm interested in team shirts for our neurosurgery department at a very large children's hospital in Texas.
I thought this design on a raglan shirt (different colored sleeves for each provider... 8 total) was cute. Rather than first grade it would say
NEURO
SURGERY
then I would have the provider's name where the teacher's name is listed. Maybe matching the sleeve color?
But... then I saw the sweet "monster" font and thought it was so cute!
So, I would keep the idea as above... except... maybe take off love??!

Have a squiggly arrow pointing to the provider's name with the color matching the sleeve?
I don't think that the kids would be fearful of the font yet the word neurosurgery is somewhat fearful in and of itself?!
Could I see what the original design I offered plus the monster design plus an original design from you with a cute pediatric font that you think would be adorable?!
